Goophone Unbrick
Here is the guide on how to unbrick the Goophone Y5
First of all you need to download this Unbrick-Package:
Once done.. Connect your phone to the PC pressing vol key for entering recovery when plugging cable in.
- Install driver (from folder USB VCOM Driver
- Unpack package named “Recovery ROM.rar”
- Unpack “SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1206.01.rar”
Once done.. Run the SP Flash Tool
Look at the screenshots in the “guide_english.pdf” – remember not to use the tools in the guide as they are for Zopo phones..
One install is complete.. You can boot the phone to recovery (NOT boot to system – it will not work – recovery will)
Once in recovery install modded ROM v2.0!! (3.0 will not work at this time!)
